A unique service that we offer prospective buyers is providing them with a decision in principle from a lender. This is basically a notification from a lender indicating their consent in lending you funds subject to further verification (income, address etc) and the valuation of the property you eventually find. This is a very utile document to own, as it informs the seller that you are a serious and interested buyer.
